I loved the location of this hotel as it was very convenient to travel to the historic center of the city and back to the railroad station. The hotel facilities were excellent including the cleanliness and availability of parking spots for guests. The breakfast that was served was delicious, and the staff was always available and extremely helpful.

The service car hire and airport shuttle made getting around so convenient. The housekeeping services were top-notch, keeping my room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The shops and commercial services on-site were an added bonus, making it easy to grab any last-minute necessities. this place truly offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

For families looking for a luxurious retreat, I highly recommend this hotel. The spacious rooms, children's play area, and babysitting services provide an ideal setting for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in a charming location that gives a unique flair to the surroundings. the hotel was centrally located right next to the station and the waterfall, and even though the area outside the hotel was mostly boarded up, it did not affect our experience. the room was cozy with a nice table for work and a big window with a view of the mountains. the spa facilities were great, and the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome. the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

The gym was not so well-equipped compared to the rest of the facilities.

There is no the Internet access in the rooms but only in the lobby.

Location was close to shops and tourist attractions. the room was spacious and had a great view of the surroundings. the breakfast had a great variety of food to choose from.

The staff didn't seem to care about the guests' needs and were quite unhelpful. the hotel had outdated decor and felt uninviting.
